Real Estate & Space Administration

Real Estate

To ensure compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations, all real estate transactions are centrally managed by the UCF Office of Real Estate. This office provides expertise and support of all the University’s real estate requirements, including strategic property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, easements, long-term planning, and gifts.

Departments, units and colleges must consult with the Office of Real Estate prior discussing or entering into any negotiations with third-parties concerning real estate transactions.
